Magnetic Monday – Giving Up a Bad Habit

Do you have a “habit” or a behavior that you wish you could change, but no matter what you do you can’t seem to let it go?

I know that big time.

I used to be a smoker (can you believe it?). And I took the approach to quitting by applying what I discuss in this episode of the Quantum Success Show.

What are you wanting to quit or let go? Please share your habits with me that you want to release and what is the new identification that you will take by letting it go?

Have an amazing week,

Christy

Excellent Christy. Thank you for the added clarity and perspective. I so appreciate you sharing from your experiences. You have really stimulated my mind this morning. I love that!

  2. Great stuff. I actually quit smoking in 1990. What I did was to write down the positves from smoking which weren’t much and the negatives which were many. I knew clearly then that I did not want those negatives anymore and it became easy. Now I am realizing it was the thought process just as you said.

  5. Hi Christy, thank you so much for this video! I smoked over a pack of menthols a day (I heard those were hardest to quit) for over 35 years…2 children, 4 grandchildren, & a husband with heart problems that quit WAY before I realized I had the power to quit!! I actually read the same book that Teresa read and, it wasn’t until I was writing an eBook about my story, that I realized that it wasn’t THAT book that did it…it was just a STEP in my journey. I was just learning the LOA then, and the more I thought about it, the more I knew that I had to help people like you get the info out there for people like me. That’s what Allen Carr did, too…Thank God!! I am VERY nearly ready to upload my story to Kindle, and I just want you to know that “we’re all still listening, so don’t give up on us!!” Oh yeah, it’s been almost FIVE years since I quit…:) Thank you for everything you do.

  7. Christy, First let thank you for all the emails you have sent to me, I am very greatfull of them, and they show who you are and how you inspire many people. Thank you again, I wish you could have a time you could share with me to tell you my story of my life and how I change it by myself but with the inspirations of others, it is really interesting and for this I made it where I am today. I am a Life Coaching.
