Write Your Desires

Years ago when I was first introduced to the Law of Attraction, one of my teachers, Terry Cole-Whittaker, taught me that you need to write down your desires. She said to put them into three different categories (having, being, and doing).

When we write down our desires, they actually become physical. This is such a simple step in manifesting what you want, and it allows you to take all of the ideas in your mind and put them into the outer world.

Writing your desires in all areas (what you want to be, do, and have) is the beginning and the most important step in the creative process.

Since I really wanted to change my life in every aspect, I did exactly what she had explained to me. This is something I still do to this day, and I am amazed that all that has manifested was on my list.

I agree that it is an important step, and if you take the time to take this very important step, you too will be amazed at what manifests.

After you write down your desires, the mystical power of our Divine Self moves on our ideas and desires and works everything out in the perfect and right timing and in the right way, and way beyond how we could conceive it would happen.

The good news and bad news is that each one of us is using this mystical power in every moment, whether we are focused on what we want or what we don’t want.

Next, read your list of desires once a day. When you are reading your list, imagine that each item has already happened, and then FEEL as if you already are doing it, receiving it, being it.

Finally, allow it. Believe it is not only possible, but that it already exists. See your future self already living with those manifestations.

As Jesus Christ was quoted, “It is done unto you as you believe.”
