This means that how you think and what you dominantly think about really, really matters. You are like a radio broadcasting tower that is sending out a signal every moment of your life. No matter what circumstance or condition you find yourself in, there is always something to appreciate.
Take time to notice the beauty of nature. To breathe in the freshness of the air. Enjoy the feeling of slipping into your bed after a long day. These blessings are all around you. The universe has your back. Your only job is to receive.
