As you are reading this, my family and I are enjoying a Disney cruise in the Caribbean. I can’t wait to share our experience when we return.

I also wanted to share an amazing story from Christmas time. You may remember me saying at one time that I had lost my sister (almost fifteen years ago) to suicide. There have been many amazing experiences that I have had with her showing up in my life, from little crabs coming out on the cliff where we spread her ashes (her Zodiac sign was Cancer which is represented by a crab), to music being played that only she and I shared, to intuitive readers telling me things that they would have no other way of knowing unless it were her communicating to them.
All of these things have been signs for me that she is still with me and that we never really lose anyone in our lives. Their energy and spirit is forever with us.
Well, on Christmas Eve while in Arizona with my family, all my cousins happened to be there this year. I received the inspiration to have a picture taken with all the women in our family. So I grabbed my cousin Jannine (pictured next to me) and asked her if she could help me get all the ladies together for a picture. She suggested doing it in her mom’s bedroom on the chaise lounge. So we all got together.
I did not have my camera, so I asked to have the picture sent to me via email. When I received it and was looking at the picture, I noticed that on the bookshelf next to me was a framed picture.
This is my sister!!!!
She made it into the picture!
This hit me on so many levels. One, that she is like an angel over my shoulder. Two, that she is always with me, even though not in the physical form. Three, if there is a photo opportunity, she sure wants to be a part of it!
This gave me comfort and joy knowing that my dear sister who I just love so much is still alive in my life. If you have lost someone very near and dear to you, I hope that this gives you comfort in knowing that they are still with you, and always will be.
